Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking for TA interns to join our team & support our recruitment efforts. You have an interest in HR & recruitment, and a desire to learn more about the talent acquisition process. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition and want to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with job posting and sourcing candidates for open positions
2. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews
3. Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
5. Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
6. Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and other recruiting materials
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
