We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying top talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about modern recruitment strategies.
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
2. Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are clear and appealing.
3. Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone screens or video calls.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data.
6. Support employer branding initiatives, such as creating engaging content for social media or organizing virtual events.
7. Participate in career fairs or campus recruitment activities (if applicable).
8. Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools is a plus.
5. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
