About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Actively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify suitable candidates for further interviews.
2. Interview Coordination and Scheduling: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all parties involved to maintain a smooth and efficient interview process.
3. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Provide support to new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
