Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and spreadsheets using MS-Excel.
6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
