About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Coordinate the recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles by building relationships with potential hires and tracking talent in the market.
