About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms like Naukri, Internshala, Hirect, and many networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates
2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and motivations, providing a personalized and positive candidate experience
4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
