Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in candidate sourcing and screening
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communication
3. Support maintenance of candidate pipelines
4. Contribute to recruitment strategy development
5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed
