About the internship
As an Associate Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. You will leverage various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and talent databases, to build pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and future openings. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, market trends, and best practices in talent sourcing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier talent using online databases, social platforms, job boards, and professional networks
2. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current open roles and future hiring needs
3. Developing sourcing strategies that align with business needs to deliver high-quality candidates promptly
