Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain candidate databases using MS Excel
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings
5. Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process
