About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
4. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
5. Help manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
6. Prepare reports and provide data analysis as needed.
7. Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties and project work.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in HR/ Management/Commerce

2. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
