As a Talent Acquisition intern at GoMechanic, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for finding and attracting top talent to our rapidly growing company. Your role will involve working closely with the recruitment team to identify, engage, and onboard candidates who align with our company values and culture. Your excellent written and spoken English proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with potential candidates and representing GoMechanic in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
5. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
6. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote GoMechanic as an employer of choice.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
