Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support in conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Help in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote GoMechanic as an employer of choice.
7. Assist in maintaining recruitment data and generating reports for analysis and tracking.
