About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the in-house requirement and source relevant candidates for the assigned roles
2. Identify the right ability-job fit as per the requirement
3. Use online tools and other methods to regularly add to the existing talent base and build a pipeline
4. Create a pool of candidate data from different job portals
5. Assess applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
6. Work with a diverse group of people
7. Schedule interviews, brief, and debrief candidates before and after interviews
8. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
9. Work on recruitment portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and other tools
