About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
2. Supporting the recruitment team in conducting interviews and assessments
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job descriptions
4. Utilizing various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
6. Participating in strategic discussions to contribute fresh ideas and improve our recruitment processes
