Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms
5. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics in MS-Excel
6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand
7. Support the overall recruitment process and contribute to the success of our team
