About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Conducting company mapping and headhunting for new positions
3. Sourcing and screening resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions
4. Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
5. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status
6. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
7. Preparing interview materials and ensuring interviewers have the necessary information
8. Following up with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
