About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems, organizing candidate data, and scheduling interviews.
3. Communicate with candidates, updating them on their application status, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and aligning efforts accordingly.
5. Coordinate with all Project Managers for JD preparation based on the skill matrix provided by them.
6. Talent identification and assessment across core Industry competitors.
7. Management and utilization of appropriate sourcing mix including Vendors, portals, social media and employee referrals.
