Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Utilizing HRIS to maintain accurate candidate and employee data
3. Creating reports and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint
4. Participating in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
5. Collaborating with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes
6. Assisting with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
7. Supporting various HR projects and initiatives as needed

1. Currently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, electronics, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in the VLSI industry and semiconductor technology.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
7. Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR is a must.
