About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with teams to identify organizational needs and draft detailed job descriptions aligned with company goals.
2. Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
3. Implement performance evaluation systems, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and improvement.
4. Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
