Talent Acquisition Internship

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated human resource (HR)-talent acquisition intern to join our dynamic team at Talent500. If you have excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) skills and are proficient in MS Office, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your HR career. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various talent acquisition and recruitment processes and contribute to our mission of attracting top talent.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
2. Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
3. Assisting with the onboarding process
4. Conducting reference checks and background screenings
5. Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases
6. Assisting in organizing recruitment events and career fairs

Requirements:

1. An energetic, adaptable person with outstanding communication skills
2. Good MS Office knowledge
3. Locally residing in Hyderabad
4. Graduated (people who are currently pursuing graduation, please do not apply)
5. People who have concluded graduation or currently pursuing post-graduation can apply.
