4. Utilize MS Excel to track candidate data and maintain accurate records
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
6. Participate in recruitment events and assist in employer branding initiatives
7. Support the overall recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per hiring).
