About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand and support staffing requirements.
2. Assist in defining and refining selection criteria for various roles.
3. Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks).
4. Support the planning and execution of interview and selection processes, including scheduling, screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
5. Review and organize candidate information, such as resumes and contact details.
6. Help design job descriptions and interview questionnaires that align with role-specific requirements.
7. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to nurture a robust talent pipeline.
