Talent Acquisition Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Gigde Global Solutions Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a key player in our recruitment process. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with candidates and team members. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
4. Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and posting them on job boards
5. Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring data accuracy
6. Supporting with onboarding processes for new hires
7. Assisting with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
