Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, and referrals)
3. Craft compelling job postings that accurately reflect the technical requirements and company culture
4. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
5. Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
6. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
