2. Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
3. Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
4. Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
5. Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess candidate suitability.
6. Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
9. Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and hiring events.
