About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen and shortlist profiles to align with organizational requirements, ensuring a quality talent pool
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
3. Manage document collection and verification for offer closures
4. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing updates and support for a positive experience
5. Assist candidates during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization
