As a talent acquisition intern, you ll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of talent acquisition, develop essential skills, & gain hands-on experience. This role requires work from the office, where you will closely collaborate with the HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, campus recruitment s, job portals.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resume s & applications, conduct initial screening to assess candidates suitability for the role.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule & Coordinate interviews between candidates & hiring manager s.
4. Database Management: Maintain & update the daily trackers with the candidate information & recruitment process.
5. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by helping create engaging content.
Requirements:
1. Education: Recent Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
2. Skills : Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail & strong organisational abilities.
3. Attributes: Proactive, eager to learn.
4. Availability: Must be able to work from our office.
