About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the recruitment team with new requisitions shared by the business
2. Sourcing profiles from various job portals
3. Conducting background verifications
4. Coordinating with candidates to schedule the interviews
5. Evaluating candidate's skills and key responsibility areas
6. Maintaining candidate's database and generating reports from time to time
7. Strategizing with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
8. Should have prior sourcing internship experience
