About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the recruitment team: Assist recruiters with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and managing candidate databases.
2. Sourcing candidates: Learn how to identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
3. Conducting initial screenings: Gain experience in reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to assess basic candidate qualifications.
4. Participating in interviews: Shadow recruiters and hiring managers during interviews to observe and learn effective interviewing techniques.
5. Developing recruitment skills: Receive training and mentorship from experienced recruiters to build your knowledge of recruitment best practices.
6. Gaining exposure to the recruitment lifecycle: Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and how different roles contribute to the team's success.
