The candidates will be assigned to one of the sub functions within Talent Acquisition - Lateral Recruitment, Leadership Recruitment, Fresher Recruitment, Compliance and/ or Operations.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
1. Co-ordinate, follow up and schedule candidates for the interview process
2. Document collection, audit and assisting in offer release process
3. Drive data collection, analysis and management decision inducing reporting in a frequent and timely manner
4. Operational tracking and reporting where required
5. Maintain and update records in the database as required.
6. Support various initiatives with respect to smooth execution, monitoring, analyzing and tracking the outcomes
7. Develop a good understanding of key TA functions and business impact
8. Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving TA initiatives
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
2. Ability to upskill with other tools, programs if any
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills required
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
6. Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
