Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for modeling opportunities.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers using MS-Excel.
5. Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
6. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on various projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
