About the internship
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful talent acquisition intern to join our team. This role will be critical in building a high-performing MD's Office team, which focuses on diverse verticals such as fundraising & investor relations, PR & digital marketing, strategic partnerships & business development, and research & product development, among others. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying versatile professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to strategic business growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the MD's Office team
2. Talent sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
3. Candidate evaluation: Assess candidates' technical and behavioral competencies, ensuring alignment with the company's values and culture
4. Database management: Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics
