Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
2. Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Assisting in the preparation of interview materials and documentation
5. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
6. Following up with candidates on the status of their applications and providing timely updates
7. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress
8. Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements
9. Compiling and analyzing recruitment data to generate reports on hiring metrics and trends
10. Helping maintain accurate and organized recruitment records
11. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other HR team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives
12. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies
