About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
2. Review resumes and applications, providing initial screening to ensure alignment with job requirements
3. Help coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
4. Help prepare interview materials, update recruitment trackers, and ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and hiring managers
5. Assist with creating and maintaining job postings on various job boards and career sites
6. Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback during the hiring process
7. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of current sourcing strategies and hiring processes
8. Prepare reports on recruitment activities, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
9. Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies, including content creation for job descriptions, social media, and recruitment marketing materials
10. Assist in organizing virtual or in-person career fairs, networking events, or company webinars
11. Work on specific talent acquisition projects such as process improvements, candidate experience initiatives, and other strategic initiatives
12. Collaborate with other team members to streamline and enhance recruitment workflows
13. Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
14. Coordinate candidate feedback sessions and reference checks as required
