Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work to provide overall support in sourcing, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end recruiting process
2. Develop and implement initiatives and systems for internal employee retention and happiness
3. Create open communication channels with employees and assist in talent management including leave tracking, payroll, etc.
4. Assist with advising on policies and procedures
5. Develop training & growth programs
6. Manage the hiring process: posting ads, sourcing candidates, and prescreening
7. Create effective onboarding plans
8. Assist & support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
9. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

2. Effective communication is going to be a must & should have leadership qualities
