Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
2.Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and professional networking platforms.
3.Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
4.Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
