Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and trackers using MS-Excel.
4. Draft engaging job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms.
5. Conduct reference checks and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
