Talent Acquisition Internship

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up communication.
2. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications that match the requirement.
4. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Assist in drafting and editing job descriptions and other recruitment-related materials.
7. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
