Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Support in conducting interviews and assessments
5. Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records
6. Participate in recruitment events and campus drives as needed and provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
