About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to source candidates
Maintain and update the talent database

2. Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

3. Administrative Support:
Assist in posting job openings on the company's website and job boards
Prepare recruitment materials and coordinate recruitment events
Manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure candidate information is up-to-date

4. Data Analysis:
Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Provide reports on recruitment activities and suggest improvements

Other requirements

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
