About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Identify and attract qualified candidates through platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
2. Screening & interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through screenings and interviews.
3. Candidate engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and ensuring a positive experience.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs and provide regular updates.
