Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include managing the careers of our artists Hoezaay and Cyrus.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of the social media industry and experience in artist management
2. Experience in getting clients, negotiating contracts, and planning tours
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with artists, industry professionals, and the 20watts team
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage budgets and logistics
5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
6. Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts Management, Communications, or a related field
