As a Talent Partner intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our recruitment team to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our growing company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
3. Conducting phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Updating and maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
6. Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards and social media platforms.
7. Participating in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
