1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients (English, Hindi and at least one local language).
2. Minimum one year of ITR filing experience
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tax filings and work deadlines
5. Familiarity with the broad framework of the Income-tax Act, with special reference to Personal Taxation and latest Tax Updates
