About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and conduct ESL lessons for individuals or groups
2. Develop customized lesson plans and activities to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
3. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
4. Use innovative teaching tools and resources to create a dynamic learning environment
5. Foster confidence and fluency in English communication

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred)

2. Strong command of English and knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

4. Experience teaching ESL to diverse age groups is a plus
