Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 48000 per feedback from clients).
The project is to connect English Teachers from India with students from European countries. The plan is that teachers (Indian English speakers) will select the time by themselves (including the time they will devote to the project) and they will be paid hourly per each lesson (the salary starts from 120 INR per hour and is performance-based (the combination of hours work and positive feedback from clients).
