About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing academic assistance to students in assigned schools.
2. Visiting one school per day and completing 6 teaching hours per visit.
3. Engaging directly with students to foster improved learning outcomes.
4. Assisting in the implementation of teaching and learning strategies.
5. Acting as a bridge between students and the TFL team to ensure quality education delivery.

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 24th Dec'24 and 28th Jan'25

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements

1. Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

2. Passionate about improving education and impacting school systems.

3. Strong communication skills.

4. Must be a resident of Hapur district or nearby, as the role requires daily travel to the program site.

5. Candidates with a B.Ed. or a diploma in education will have an added advantage.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per school visit).
