Teaching Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for classes I to X
2. Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
3. Designing and administering assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
4. Identifying and addressing the unique learning needs of each student, offering additional support or challenges as required
5. Creating or adapting teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience
6. Maintaining open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress
7. Visiting the community from which students originate to better understand the context and develop holistic lesson plans based on gathered information
8. Staying up-to-date with educational best practices and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities
9. Assisting the communication team in promoting programs through social media and creating comprehensive project documentation for posting on social media
