Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead T/NF s English employability program (Future Perfect) in 1-2 colleges
2. Train 1-2 batches of college students on English and life skills by building cohesive groups and creating an effective learning environment
3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders such as the college management and parents
4. Work with the product team to ensure successful rollout and execution of products & services
