Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Teaching at the Nishulk Pathshala School
2. Conducting training programs and activities in school
3. Visiting schools & colleges for Aashman Foundation awareness & support
4. Visiting different schools & collecting data related to student dropouts
5. Participating in the Nishulk Pathshala campaign & promoting it to different schools & institutions
6. Arranging & organizing different fundraising activities
7. Discussing CSR initiatives with corporate organizations
8. Running volunteer association programs
9. Conducting parent-teacher meetings
10. Managing operations & administration
